Ингредиенты:
300 г кефира
1,5 ст.л Сахара
0,5 ч.л соды
170 г муки
В кефир комнатной температуры добавляем соду, сахар. Затем просеиваем муку. Печём на масле под крышкой до готовности. Посыпаем пудрой и наслаждаемся.
